Extra Booking Services

We are happy to be able to offer our guests extra services based on your requirements.  Each of these are charged as extras because we do not wish to elevate our very good prices for the apartment itself and not everyone wants anything other than the self catering booking.  However, for those who would like extras these are the options:

Linen Hire

Linen and towels are not provided as standard with our bookings as many fo our guests prefer to take their own.  However, if luggage space is at a premium or you would just prefer to have it there and ready for you we can source this locally so it is there on your arrival.  Prices are from £15 per single for bed sheet, pillow case, hand towel and bath towel through to £25 per double.  Please state your requirements at the time of booking.

Discounted Ski Transfers

W do recommend that guests hire a car to make the most of the stay at our apartment because it is a great area to explore and the hire car offers you much more flexibility and, to be honest, by the time 4 of you have chipped in for a car it ends up cheaper than a transfer more often than not.  However, in recognition that not everyone wants to drive we can offer a 5% discount from Geneva airport through our local contacts.  Please let us know if you would like this option.

Pre-booked Ski Passes

Through our local contacts we are able to get your ski passes sorted out before you go so they are ready for your arrival.  We ask that you confirm this option with us at the time of booking . The passes can be for the local pistes at St Jean d'Aulps, La Grande Terche, Morzine, Avoriaz or the whole of the Portes du Soleil.

Welcome Packs

Usually most of our guests will stop at the supermarche on the way through St Jean d'Aulps or go to the smaller Sherpa store near the apartment for the essentials on arrival.  However, if you are arriving late or you would simply like something there ready and waiting for your arrival we can arrange for a Welcome Pack to be left for you.  Starting at £35 for the 'Essential' pack to include: Fresh Milk, Juice, Tea Bags, Coffee, Eggs, Sliced Bread, Butter, Jam, Cornflakes, Bottle of Red Wine, Bottle of White Wine, and Toilet Paper.  For other options and to book, please enquire.
